Before entering an ongoing membership, we recommend all clients complete a Lifestyle Reset.

This initial session allows us to reload your space, assess your routines, and establish the systems needed for long-term success.

Once your reset is complete, you may choose to continue with one of our membership options for ongoing support, accountability, and lifestyle optimization.

Nutrition Guided Resets and Support are separate through the Telehealth Service with Rachel Scheidler. They are 94% of the time fully covered by insurance. This initial session would provide a pathway to begin recommending nutritional adjustments prior to completing the reset in an effort improve your homes healthy habits with a strong, nutritional foundation. Continued support is recommended with the refresh membership.

Book A Discovery Call

During this initial call, we will review the request to make sure we are the right fit for the job. We'll discuss your goals, current challenges, health priorities, and the spaces that are creating the most friction in your daily life.

In-Person Home Assessment

We'll evaluate your pantry, refrigerator, kitchen setup, routines, and other areas of the home to identify opportunities for healthier, more efficient living. Measurements may also be taken and this session allows us to create the formal proposal.

Proposal & Deposit

Once you review and accept your proposal, you’ll pay the non-refundable deposit (which goes toward your final invoice), and sign the service agreement. This deposit officially holds your spot on our calendar.

Schedule Your Project

After the proposal has been accepted, the service agreement signed, and deposit received, we’ll schedule your project date and confirm all details with you.

Registered Dietitian Support

Optional, but high recommended. Through our partnership with a registered dietitian, clients may have access to insurance-covered nutrition counseling, personalized wellness guidance, and support tailored to their goals.

This session will help guide the project based on needs. ie; meal plans, healthy snack stations, macros etc.

Installation Day

Our team arrives fully prepared with products, a plan, and plenty of energy to bring your space to life. Most projects are completed in a single day (depending on size and scope).

7.

Final Walkthrough & Completion

We’ll walk through the finished space together, making sure every detail feels functional and customized for your household. Once everything is perfect, final payment is due upon completion.

Ongoing Support

Keep your space looking its best with our Refresh Membership. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, we’re here to help you maintain an organized, effortless home.
